Key functions:

  • Handle players requests for tech support

  • Respond to tech support requests to ensure top product value for customers

  • Maintain a game bug log

  • Create Jira tasks for bug fixing

  • Participate in overall game improvement

Requirements:

  • Avid gamer ready to help others

  • Basic knowledge of game development

  • Attention to detail, high-level of responsibility and accountability

  • English fluency + skilled in speed typing

  • Russian fluency + skilled in speed typing

  • Current US residence (min. 3 years)

  • Possession of private PC/laptop, handsfree set, mobile phone

Competitive skills & knowledge:

  • Experienced playing CarX games

  • Experienced user of Jira & Confluence

  • Previous experience in product/software testing

  • Understanding of Unity.
