As an account manager, you will be a part of the Account Management Department. The goal of CSM is to address the client's demands in a timely manner and to ensure that the client is properly informed and up to date at all times.

The job requires close communication with numerous clients, tight cross-department collaboration, including the Project Management Office and Marketing Department.

The account manager is the face of the company to the client.

Minimum requirements:

  • 1 year experience in client management or customer service;

  • Familiar with Development processes, Jira, Basecamp, SCRUM/Kanban practices;

  • Organizational, problem solving, conflict resolution, time management skills;

  • Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate at a minimum);

  • Interpersonal, presentation, and troubleshooting skills;

  • Able to adapt to the role within the team;

  • Friendly and positive can-do attitude.

Preferred experience:

  • IT and/or marketing background;

  • Prior experience in Startups.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering of client feedback for the team;

  • Selling and upselling company services (bonus rewards available);

  • Active involvement in the project and co-working with PM;

  • Nurturing friendly relationship with the client;

  • Understanding whether client's needs matches the product goal, making adjustments;

  • Keeping the big picture in focus for Client, CEO, Project Manager, and Team;

  • Monitoring invoices processing (statuses), informing PM/CEO;

  • Assisting in troubleshooting with clients, negotiations;

  • Maintaining and improving a positive company image (via testimonials, articles, etc.).
