1. Take part in Commission Inspections to check CPC-purchased inventory for Expansion Project purposes to ensure adequate quantity, quality and completeness of inventory in accordance with Acceptance Procedures, Standards, Specifications, Contract requirements and shipping documents. 2.Ensure timely release of LLIs for installation in line with construction schedules and movement of LLIs inside warehouses; perform record keeping of purchased materials and equipment; ensure appropriate execution of turnover and accounting documents; approve and maintain requests to release LLIs for installation. 3.Supervise receiving inspection of materials and equipment supplied by Construction Contractors within the established timelines and in accordance with CPC Specifications and Procedures. 4.Excersise control to ensure Construction Contractors' compliance with Sub-vendor Approval Procedure requirements when Contractor-supplied inventory is purchased; ensure timely submission of Sub-vendor Approval Requests and check suffiency and reliability of data. 5.Manage supplies done by Construction Contractors to ensure adequate quantity, quality and completeness of inventory in accordance with Contract commitments and Project requirements. 6.Excercise control to ensure strict compliance by CPC Construction Contractors with contract commitments, Plans, Procedures and Specifications for appropriate stock keeping, storage, loading, unloading and use of Contractor-supplied materials and equipment.

The plant was producing gate valves for the oil and gas industry. My responsibilities were: 1.Checking incoming orders for compliance with the drawings and documentation of design institutes, 2. Placement of orders for production, 3. Control of manufacturing products in accordance with the production schedule, 4. Management of contractual documentation and correspondence with customers, 5. Monitoring the timely shipment of purchased materials and equipment 6. Participation in the commission received acceptance at the customer products.

-Prepare cost effective travel plans and provide excellent customer services. -Handle all telephonic and walking enquiries. -Responsible for marketing and selling the special packages and hotel related products. -Arrange accommodations according to the customer specification. -Ensure the ticket booking follow the correct date and format. -Responsible for hotel booking and rental car reservations.
