In charge for purchasing materials and services for Drilling, Workover, Coiled Tubing operations. Prepare requests, arranging material coding, writing requests for proposals, buying supplies, implementing purchasing schedules. - Responsible for forecasting of Long Lead Items LLI requirements such as Casing, Tubing, Casing Accessories, Bits, Liner Systems, Well head equipment, etc. - Monitoring Drilling, Workover and Well operations schedules, usage of material stock in the warehouse to update the LLI provision forecast. - Preparing a one-year contract strategy for drilling services. Update Contract Strategy as per actual schedules. - Implementing the Procurement of Materials and services strategies in the Budget forecast. - In charge for updates of purchasing information in the cost control system. Performed inventory count off drilling materials two times a year, taking part in the inventory activities in other departments as a consultant. Taking part in the preparation of material coding adjustment for loading into SAP HANA.

Coordinating the API inspectors Crew Activities in the eld. Work with Customer's representatives on-site. Contact and report daily activities to the main office. Preparing service tickets. Providing procurement support of spare parts and consumables for API inspections of drilling equipment, lifting equipment, and rig safety devices.

Providing QHSE support in daily drilling operation routine to Rig Manager. Preparing HSE and Quality reports. Record daily drilling Rig activities, Fire, H2S, Rescue Drills, safety inspections, POB sheet. Preparing requests for spare parts and consumables. Support Rig personnel in preparation of monthly reports.
