Ensure expenses are filed in accordance with company policy; -         Compose, edit, and prepare or coordinate the preparation of documents, correspondence, special reports, and other materials as required; -         Responsible for creating and tracking Purchasing Orders in Company ERP system; -         Review, proofread, and edit documents prepared for Director’s signature; -         Make minor administrative decisions requiring a wide knowledge of organization, policies, and practices. -         Check the office expenses -         Translation the documents, response, claims -         Book-keeping of representative office -         Work as an office manager -         Order the tickets, organization of business trips, reservation and -         Purchasing of tickets, hotels arrangements. -         SAP R-3 Blueprint assistance for Material planning and purchasing. -         Decide the problems concerning the visa, accreditation, passports -         Analyses of advertisement Hotel services through articles observing -         Participation in negotiations concerning commercials -         Decide some administrative work -         Bank work (control the prepayment transactions) -         Decision of the personal orders of the Chief of Representative office.
