Interpretation and translation within the EPC project: Construction of Sulfur Recovery, Amine Regeneration and Delayed Cocker Units, Offsite Facilities of Hydrocracker Complex within the Refinery’s upgrade: - Interpretation during meetings of various levels in all disciplines of the project, QC inspections, HSE briefings, trainings, etc. both in the office and on site; - Translation of detailed design and as-built documentation in all disciplines of the project, plans, Method Statements, scheduled plans, HSE documents, reports, presentations, official correspondence, etc - Translation of Amendments and Addendums to existing Contracts, Purchase Orders, Lists of materials, Specifications and Technical and commercial offers/quotations

Translation/interpretation of ongoing field activities related to partial equipment (Gas Coolers, Absorbers, Regeneration gas heaters, KO drums, Feed gas coalescing filters, Piping spools and valves) dismantling carried out at CS Kazachiya and further equipment relocation to CS Slavyanskaya (Nord Stream 2). Operation and Maintenance Staff interpretation during Control Instrumentation Faults at MCC. Interpretation of daily meetings with Client. Translation of relative technical documentation, service contracts, correspondence and authorship supervision log. Translation of Project documentation, contracts, commercial offers, technical specifications related to civil works, welding activities (including procedures qualification records PQR and welding procedures specification WPS, non-destructive testing procedures NDT), electrical & instrumentation works, QA/QC and HSE procedures and relevant quality forms QF, nonconformance reports NCR.

Ensure the monitoring of daily man hours/equipment spent by construction subcontractor or indirect/service subcontractor with subsequent submission of daily report to Client. Monitor the actual quantities as per site visits and supporting documentation from Subcontractor. Monitor and reporting of transportation activities quantities. Checking of daily/weekly/monthly progress reports from Subcontractor. Worksite Daily Progress Reports verification, consolidation and further submission to Company. Maintaining of logs of Incoming and outgoing correspondence, contracts progress certificates, variation proposals, variation orders registers. Transmission and obtaining of contract documentation via DMS system.

EPC contracts administration: checking and submitting packages of subcontractors' documentation to the Company in accordance with the subcontractors approval procedure, monitoring contract changes, obtaining the necessary information from department managers to assess changes and additions, preparing and translating change evaluation forms, draft change notices, draft amendments. Maintaining of lists of subcontracts / sub-suppliers, notifications, proposals, amendments. Transmission and obtaining of contract/technical documents via ProCon and POL. Maintaining (logging) of incoming and outgoing correspondence of CS&C department via and POL Translation of outgoing correspondence, contracts change evaluation forms, draft amendments. Administrative support to CS&C contract department.

Translation of Project documentation, contracts, commercial offers, correspondence and technical specifications related to civil works, welding activities (including procedures qualification records PQR and welding procedures specification WPS, non-destructive testing procedures NDT), electrical & instrumentation works, QA/QC and HSE procedures and relevant quality forms QF, nonconformance reports NCR, hydro-testing and dehydration procedures. Interpretation of weekly HSE meetings with Client and weekly meetings with Consortium Partner, daily on-field interpretations.

Lease contract, Project documentation, manufacturers' certificates and as-built drawings translations in the course of construction of Castorama shopping centre. Interpretation of on-going site meetings with Landowner and Customer. Assisting in coordination works between construction and fit-out departments

- Practical knowledge of London Underground net and specifics of its crossovers, fly-unders and complex areas. Night to night check-up of all maintenance works being carried out by other companies on my part of a track, involved engineers trains follow-up, live electricity checking with current rails indicator device.Responsible for evaluating and indicating in log-books a safety level required for running maintenance, all paper works procedures observance and booking-on with Track Access Controllers. Briefing of working staff with peculiarities of safety procedures while on track and constant control of its fulfilment.

``Blue Stream'' offshore pipeline construction, ``CS ``Beregovaya'' Djoubga, Operation manuals' translation for Early Production System for Compressor Station. Assisted in the training courses for engineering staff of Client while pre-commissioning stage, mainly for E&I. Provided support to more than 15 staff members, including engineers and senior personnel. Vendor's manuals translation provided for the Compressor Station (Automatic Control System, Emergency Shut Down, Fire&Gas Detection System). Interpretation of on-going field meetings.

Caspian Oil Pipeline Construction, ``Societe Construction de Oleoduc - Starstroi'', Interpreted and translated in the electrical and instrumentation department (E&I) at the Shore Facilities both during meetings and on field. Kept punch list tracking, documentation supervision and filing in coordination with Earth works and Piping departments. Prepared and translated routine correspondence. Organized and carried out running administrative work. Translation of Project documentation, contracts, commercial offers, correspondence and technical specifications related to civil works, welding activities (including procedures qualification records PQR and welding procedures specification WPS, non-destructive testing procedures NDT), electrical & instrumentation works, QA/QC and HSE procedures and relevant quality forms QF, nonconformance reports NCR, hydro-testing and dehydration procedures.
