August 2017 – up to now Project: • ZapSibNeftekhim project is designed to operate a steam cracker (by Linde AG, Germany) with a capacity of 1.5 mtpa of ethylene, around 500 ktpa of propylene and 100 ktpa of butane-butylene fraction (BBF), along with units with a total capacity to produce 1.5 mtpa of various grades of polyethylene (by INEOS, UK) and a polypropylene unit of 500 ktpa (by LyondellBasell, Netherlands). ZapSibNeftekhim LLC (ZapSib-2 Project of SIBUR), Tobolsk, Russia.  coordination of works on supervision of installation, control over the progress of work in compliance with the technological process/regulations for the application of polymer coatings according to the developed specification;  examination of objects in order to determine the technical condition, causes and consequences of the nature of damage and destruction of the polymer coating;  development of system and methods of structural damage recovery;  author supervision as the material manufacturer over construction and installation works and acceptance of completed facilities from construction subcontractors;  coordination of project progress (execution of construction and installation works: installation of polymer coating and capital repair) in accordance with project solutions to ensure start-up of industrial facilities as per the schedule with high quality and minimal expenses;  control over capital construction plans performance, compliance of construction and installation works scope, completion dates and quality with approved engineering documentation and estimates, detailed design drawings, construction norms and regulations, standards, technical specifications, HSE norms and standards, fire safety requirements;  analysis of causes, leading to delays and depreciation of quality of construction and installation works, taking preventive and corrective measures;  investigation and approval of design solutions, arising during construction, solution of issues on replacement of materials, if required (without depreciation of quality of construction and installation works);  technical acceptance of completed construction and installation works and facilities;  participation in Construction facilities acceptance and start-up committee;  control over elimination of defects and deficiencies by construction subcontractors within time limits established by the committee;  coordination of subcontractors activities on the construction site;  search for potential subcontractors, as well as work force for work execution;  analysis of works completed by subcontractors, including introduction of proposals on improvement of quality and expediting construction and installation works;  control, detection and resolution of issues related to subcontractor’s scope of work;  development of work execution calendar plans – schedules;  interaction with the Client company divisions and subcontractors in terms of work execution;  arrangement of meetings with subcontractors, control over implementation of decisions stated in MoMs;  preparation of reports on work execution by subcontractors;  development and handover of as-build documentation into archive;  development and preparation of technical documentation (process flow charts, methods statements, etc);  reconciliation of conflict situations with the Client as well as within the team.

2014 – August 2016 Project: • Construction of multistoried residential complex, Vsevolozhsk, Leningrad region  realization of project related to finishing works;  organizing construction process observing the process sequence of work execution;  recruitment of personnel for project realization, planned safety inductions;  ensuring provision of required materials, tools, equipment, machines to the construction teams as per the work execution schedules;  control over observance of HSE regulations by personnel, especially during execution of highly dangerous works and works at height;  development and handover to archive of as-built documentation;  participation in the Facility start-up committee.
