• Follow up Contractor and Subcontractor module fabrication within a discipline • Control and witness the scope of performed works • Check the execution of concealed works • Analyze and implement technical solutions aimed at optimizing the construction methods • In order to maintain the dynamics, identify and prioritize aspects with potentially negative impact on manufacturing • Ensure work performance by discipline in accordance with the schedule and design • Follow up compliance with the safety rules during construction • Manage the EPC Contractor in module fabrication and interacting with the Subcontractor within the discipline • Provide expert and methodology support during module fabrication, within his/her competence • Develop actions to recover schedule delays • Make sure that design documents of Contractors/Subcontractors are complete, up-to-date and of high quality • Control the following: • Receipt of materials for module fabrication, by discipline • Work performance in compliance with design documentation, construction codes and rules and other regulatory documents within the discipline • Compliance with approved sequence of process operations • Contractor's fabrication progress within the discipline • Submit Supervision Reports, reports on work schedule deviations found, and make proposals on elimination and prevention of re-occurrences • Issue instructions to Contractor and follow-up the corrective actions, if necessary • Timely inform a line manager about breaches within his/her competence • Prepare weekly and daily reports on Contractor’s performance; maintain statistics on the discipline work progress, confirm the actual progress reports • Inform about the circumstances which prevent from duly fulfillment of job duties • Take part in the Technical Supervision Group meetings and contractor meetings for the issues related to the works performance by discipline

• Supervision of piping prefabrication and erection: • Supervision the loading/unloading of over-sized static equipment in storage areas and check for integrity and preservation status of such equipment after transportation to site • Issue the Work Permits and to check that the equipment and manpower employed by the Subcontractors are adequate and the working documentation issued by Subcontractors (Method Statements, Lifting Plans, Repairing Procedures, etc.) conforms to design documentation and Safety regulations • Supervise activities (equipment erection, alignment works, bolts tightening, etc.) and perform the inspections as required by Inspection and Test Plan to ensure the quality of construction until the Mechanical Completion of the equipment • Prepare the punch lists and non-conformity reports when necessary and co-ordinate the closure of punch points and non-conformities • Detect the engineering issues then, where possible, to rectify the same or request the Site Engineer to make the necessary changes • Check Subcontractors’ work progress statements and confirm their accuracy or inform Mechanical Superintendent in case of discrepancies • Manage vendor specialists during their presence in site for construction activities • Assist, if required, for preparation of planning documents, quality reports, HSE reports, claims analysis and resolution

• Knowledgeable in routine piping inspection (e.g. Piping material check, Piping prefabrication, erection • Coordinate the activities – Mechanical – Piping safety • Verify that documentation related to installation is adequate and updated • Propose corrective actions on lay-out, piping GA and routings. • Pay regular site visits and participate to the meeting with CPY • Prepare the scope of works he has been assigned • Supervise and coordinate the activities of those engineers assigned to him • Carry out construction feasibility and method studies • Develop temporary facilities layouts, laydown facilities, traffic and heavy load movement studies as required by the construction coordination • Establish in conjunction with planning group realistic schedules for construction engineering and lifting activities • Review and assess improvements, latest developments in construction equipment and tools • Assist in the training of others • Liaise with subcontractor on construction engineering matters • Ensure that all operations under his control are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy • Investigate and develop novel construction engineering techniques as required • Ensure that all operations under his control are carried out in accordance with Company’s Corporate and Project procedures that all Quality Control records are properly kept and all Discipline Audits are carried out effectively • Responsible for ensuring that all personnel in the group are aware of each Project’s quality requirement

Performing contractual works (Pipestill-3, CDU/VDU-1, Sulfuric Acid Alkylation, Gasoline Hydrotreatment and Reforming Units repair): • Control of installation works on substitution of defective pipelines sections as per punch lists • Control of defects and control of pipeline flange connections repair • Control of new process lines installation • Preparation of daily records for confirmation of work scope, executed by Contractors • Control of compliance with repair schedule

Performing contractual works (Isomerization unit with Feed Preliminary Hy-drotreatment block repair): • Inspection of pipelines installation & testing • Check and acceptance of pipelines as-built documentation for Client

Performing contractual works (Vacuum Unit construction): • Supervision of steel structures, piping, tanks and rotating equipment installation • Supervision of piping and tanks hydraulic tests • Dynamic equipment individual testing • Accept, verify and hand-over As-built documentation to Client
