The last project I joined is West Qurna-2, Iraq, it is the greatest one. I have been working for this project almost from the beginning and new each stage development oil field and other features related it. During last 4 years participating in process of startup and constriction new subjects like well pads. Particularly, keeping under control drilling, workover, construction of the well pads, smart equipment installation (hydraulic, pneumatic systems, upstream equipment). • Participating in the design and approval of conceptual flow charts for the construction of the above systems (processes engineering, CAPEX & OPEX estimates, identifying bottlenecks, drafting justifications); • Managing, coordination of oil production department personal to achieving aim of oil and gas production (personnel management); • Ensuring the implementation of the technological mode of wells with the aim of performing the planned targets for oil and gas (deep knowledge of technological and production processes); • Contract holding of essential equipment and materials for providing smooth operation into batch of the company (SAP R3 program); • Performing, coordination Workover of wells activities; • Managing a team of process engineers, production & pipelines supervisors, technicians (64 persons);

• Conducting of technological process in all the ways of oil, gas, injection and extraction of oil; • Maintenance of records and reporting on the movement of material values; • Conducting briefings/TBT for workers on safe conducting of technological processes; • Ensuring the stable/uninterruptable operation of oilfield equipment; • Monitoring compliance with HSE rules on hazardous production facilities

• Managing workers of production department (140) • Managing production and economic activity of production department; • Ensuring operation of wells and other production facilities in strict compliance with established technology regimes and rules of technical operation; • Taking steps to improve efficiency using well stock; • Participating in the scheduling of repairs of industrial equipment and shall monitor their implementation; • Organizing work on improvement of technology of extraction of oil, gas, gas condensate, mechanization and automation of production processes, the use of reserves for increasing labor productivity, reducing labor intensity and Prime cost of oil and gas; • Providing a safe and healthy working conditions for workers; • Providing quality control for the preparation and pumping of oil to consumptions
