• Development of Weekly/ Monthly Lookahead plans on precommissioning and commissioning of rotary equipment • Planning and organization of purchase requests for required tools, materials and equipment • Distribution of work scope inside subdivision • Allocate of manpower in accordance with scope of work • Development of Work Method Statements on Dynamic Tests of rotary equipment • Mechanical isolation plans development for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities • Organization and coordination of complex commissioning works in cooperation with all disciplines • Quality control and quality assurance of pre-commissioning and commissioning works • Execution of Punch Lists on the results of equipment inspection • Final Inspections of Mechanical Completion Works

• Pre-commissioning, commissioning of rotating equipment at the 3GP TCO. • Complete organization of all activities: • Preparation of materials and equipment, • Information support of work teams with instructions, • Preparation and coordination of work permits, • Organization of joint work with related departments (I&C, Elec., HVAC), • Carrying out equipment tests with TCO representatives, • Preparation, signing and submitting of final C-ITR (checklist C), WMS. • Troubleshooting and setting up equipment if necessary.

Hydraulic testing of high-pressure vessels, pipelines; Borescope inspection of units and equipment; Installation, dismantling and repair of rotating equipment (electric motors, pumps, oil and gas air coolers)

- Preparation and adjustment of the draft production programs, PPR schedules for the facilities of GTM "Taraz" - Preparation and issuance of technical specifications to contractors - Internal control over the implementation of the planned work by the line service, analysis of the state of the facilities of the Kazakhstan-China Gas Pipline during inspections of level 3
