• Collecting the information related to deliveries/transportation from Subcontractor’s and Contractor’s Logistics Departments; • Analyzing the volume of the expected Project construction traffic and preparing 2-weeks look-ahead plans; • Cascading the information and interfacing with Contractor’s Construction, HSE and Security Functions and finalizing the prepared 2-weeks look-ahead reports; • Reporting to Contractor’s Project Management and Company (Community Liaison Officer, Corporate Social Responsibilities Coordinator, Site Representative) on the agreed and finalized plans; • Providing Contractor’s Project Management and Company with the Project vehicles registers on a fortnightly basis; • Developing Project approved routes maps for Professional Drivers involved in the Project transportation activities; • Coordination and control of HSE Traffic Officers (Contractor and Subcontractors); • Development and control over execution of the Annual road traffic accident prevention plan; • Reporting all IVMS reports and other traffic related data to the HSE Management; • ‘Train the Trainer’ inductions subject of “Traffic and Associated community impacts” to HSE managers of Subcontractors to be cascaded to their personnel; • Providing Contractor’s Project Management and Company’s representatives with a notification on the upcoming delivery of equipment/materials as per the agreed and approved plan; • Discussing and resolving with Contractor’s Project Management and Company’s representatives potential critical traffic impacts identified during the traffic assessment; • Managing and providing Contractor’s Project Management and Company with IVMS reports from Subcontractors’ Mechanics and Transportation Division; • Conducting Random Spot Checks and providing Contractor’s Project Management and Company with Random Spot Checks Registers; • Providing to Contractor’s Project Management and Company with Random Spot-Check Register on a weekly basis.
