Quality control and quality assurance of all discipline activities at the Oilfield including piping and steel structures’ welding, pneumatic and hydraulic tests, heat insulation, corrosion and passive fire protection (PFP) as well as civil works, modular block buildings assembly, an equipment installation, oil and fire water tanks construction. I develop also QA/QC audit plans by disciplines and follow it by the schedule. I take a part in the as-built documentation monitoring, data gathering for Punch list and for Precommissioning Dossier. Reporting to the QA/QC Site Manager on daily basis, monitoring of Work documentation, issue of NCR and CAR - reports.

Coordination of all Mechanical completion activities from Fabrication to Commissioning, within the team and CTR: Review and approval of Test Packs, provide technical expertise with Golden Welds approval, Support Punch items management system implementation related to MC activities; Preparation, participation and monitor all QC audits related to Test Packs, Module Fabrication Dossier compilation. I did take a part during Russification of the fabricated Modules. Reporting to MWP8 QC Leader and Deputy Yard Manager, highlighting critical issues affecting Progress and proposing technical solutions.

I'm responsible for QC of Contructors' welding activity at Kharyaga Oilfield sites. My duties are include participation during Welding Procedure Qualification Tests, Welders' qualification tests, control of pipelines' purging, hydrotesting and other tests and examinations, punch list for nonconformities fulfilling, NCR and CAR issuing if and when necessory. Monitoring of As-built documentation and etc. Reporting to QA/QC Manager to a daily basis.

Review Contractor’s method statements, QC procedures, ITP and Quality Plan and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities; Monitoring, auditing & assurance of Contractor’s site activities in accordance with the Projects and Contractors specifications, ITP and Quality Plans; Monitor delivery of permanent materials and ensure the materials are compliant; Quality control assurance at Contractor's site during welding, coating and insulation works in plants of metal structures production for field needs (prefabrication of well-pads shelters, superstructures, supports and etc.). Monitoring of piping prefabrication, coating repair works (repair of FBE and 3-layer polyethylene coated pipes, factory fabricated structures). Ensure all pre-construction activities and qualification trials are witnessed and approved as necessary; Maintain day-to-day liaison with Contractor’s site staff; Review and comment upon Contractors daily inspection records for activities covered and investigate any anomalies/queries; Assist with raising non-compliance reports where applicable and ensure satisfactorily closed out; Prepare daily reports of all site activities performed.

I was responsible for quality control and supervision of steel structures and piping spools prefabrication at Contractors' sites in Usinsk Town. It included itself design documentation review before prefabrication beginning, Welding Procedure Qualification tests and Welders' qualification tests for a new companies and new welding personal, NCR and CAR issuing if and when necessory. Also I did prepare audits of Contractors' QA/QC activity, observation and consulting in as-built documentation, participation in commissioning after Phase III was completed.

QC of construction work, fabrications, materials and equipment per Design Documentation, Work Schedule and Construction Codes and Regulations. QC of anti-corrosion coatings of substructures, vessels, storage reservoirs (2x20 000, 4x2 000), Сlosed Type Flare Sistem, Flare system High Pressure (Open Type, 125m), process pipelines, rainforced concrete foundations, structural steel, weld joints, pipe racks. Civil preparation and construction of control room, site offices, warehouse, workshops buildings on the permafrost ground of the site. QC of facility layouts per primary points and elevations, dimensions and alignment. Monitoring of Working Documentation. Reporting to the Client on daily, weekly, month basis. I'm in charge of inspection team at the site (consisting of five inspectors - welding, civil, mechanical, documentation, instrumentation and automation). Monitoring of cost estimate documentation.

I was in charge of the quality of pipeline anticorrosion coating, valve stations, river crossings, slopes, tectonic faults, road crossings by different methods. Experienced using many different materials of Canusa, Stopaq, Toflex, Protegol, etc. Participated in pipeline coating before the crossing of Tem river by directed drilling (1-st spread,Nogliki). I was in charge of the quality of welds (manual and CRC-Evans welding) on the ROW. As a civil inspector I conducted QC for trenching, backfilling, river crossing, antierrosion activities on the ROW, building of access roads, mounting precast concrete at valve stations, ground works, etc. Inspection, hydrotesting and reporting as per SNiP 3.03.01 – 87, SNiP 3.02.01 – 87.Maintenance of appropriate log books and acts on all quality issues. I was certified for QC of the buried pipeline using DCVG technology.
