I started to work in a small start-up which grew up to a big company. For the first 3 years I was working for 4 different projects inside the company and 3 of them were in the same period of time. I created responsive designs for webshop and app shop for the restaurants so they could sell the food using our product; POS system application design for them, huge admin panel design to manage and set all contract and shop information; some marketing stuff design; restrain aggregator App. In this company I got a powerful experience of working with complex projects , how to lead them, how to set the communication inside the team with developers, PO to make all processes more effective. Also I used research methods to understand better who are our competitors and our users, what are they need and how we can achieve that taking in account business goals. Building CJM and using concept “Jobs to be done” made the project more flexible and gave a good understanding of what should be done next. Reason for leaving: merger with a partner company and closing of own products. * Letters of recommendation can be provided.

In most cases I worked with regular customers and most part of projects were responsive websites and applications. I strictly adhered to deadlines and pay attention to details of design, making it pixel perfect and preparing it to the print or further development work.
