Working with client companies, receiving and discussing the details of the vacancies (working with over 20 openings simultaneously, placing them in internet and newspapers, conducting initial interviews, evaluating potential candidates, making internal reports and reports to clients, updating database.

My duties include the recruiting of specialist within the oil and gas profession for companies within the Russian Federation. I work with two other regional offices (Manchester, England, UK and Houston, Texas, USA) to address orders placed by client companies. Working from the proprietary database I match candidates with job requests from client companies. I notify both candidates and client companies and arrange for interviews to be conducted. I also call upon potential client companies in the Moscow area to solicit their business for Fircroft International. I work closely with client organizations to ensure the job descriptions are clearly stated and attainable.

My duties within the Contracts Dept. (Facilities) included daily interface with the client in processing Variation Orders (V.O’s) and Variation Order Request (V.O.R’s). Further, I prepared presentations (PowerPoint) for monthly progress meetings. As of Jan. 04 I was transferred to the Pipelines Contracts Department to assist the Contracts Manager. I developed and maintain a deviation requests log and technical queries log. I worked with the Contracts Mgr. to evaluate the cost impact of the deviations against the contract, including all claims associated support material. I tracked all correspondence and ensured those items were prepared and responded to in a timely manner. During the manager’s absence from the office I was the designated point of contact for site contract administrators and office support staff within the contracts dept.

Telecom/SCADA/IT Administrative Assistant to the Construction Mgr. And Project Engineer Krasnodar, Russia My duties involved the coordination of three major contracts; Siemens (Telecom and SCADA systems), Honeywell (Security systems) and Motorola (Radio systems) for a major (1400+ Km) Pipeline project in Kazakhstan and Russia. Total field labor work force involved within the Telecom-SCADA group was over 600 personnel while management and engineering staff accounted for an additional 100 personnel. I handled the daily/weekly work schedules for all vendor companies, primarily Northern Power (Power conversion contractor) while liaising with the Legal, Contracts and Project Controls Departments. Additional duties involved the translation of all documents, both technical and general correspondence, and the interpreting of all construction related meetings. I complied the minutes of the meetings, in both English and Russian and made the distribution to contractors and management. I maintained all daily reports for the inspection and commissioning of all telecom and SCADA systems. I also prepared the documentation for the Russian Federation (Working commission) as required by Federal law. I organized construction documentation packages (including prints and BOM) for shelter inspections and checkout. I developed the scheduling for work on all radio tower sites and coordinated travel and administrative requests for vendors (reservation of tickets, hotel rooms) in both Russia and Kazakhstan. I maintained the filing system for documentation related to construction, commissioning and hand-over. I also acted as liaison between the Construction group and the Contracts dept. in identifying and transmitting contractual violations to the various contractors. I maintained and tracked discrepancies for resolution in a computerized database. I compiled reports on safety related issues, i.e., near misses/recordable accidents and provided statistics to the Project Safety Director’s staff.
