And then running the Dep to maintain the material control of client's goods arrived to Sakhalin, including customs clearence, bonded and transit warehousing, trucking, invoicing, HSE, ensuring full accordence with client Material Management Control procedure and HSE policy. The success with this job mainly reflected by meaningfully decreased time for a material to be picked up at any vendor in the world and be delivered to any client's location on Sakhalin Island. The increased KPI's in freight forwarding as well as the start-up of the Depertment helped K+N to win another freight forwarding tender with the main client - Sakhalin Energy Investment Co.

Dealing with Company different locations (rigs, boats, LNG, OPF site, PMD's, offices, and accomodation facilities) to estimate their diesel requirements, and then plan and organise fuel purchase, delivery, sampling, usage and storage on those locations. Being Company contract representative for three fuel delivery contracts (rail and sea, road trasportation) with the total value of almost 200million USD. Taking part in tendering of those contracts, organizing OSR and safety driving courses for contarctors, making instructions and procedures for the Copmany on how to order fuel, store it and track the usage to ensure proper palnning and prevent steelings . This position has been self-started. In the buisiest times delivered 100+railcars of fuel monthly from RF main land to North of Sakhalin Island for further delivery to OPF site (2 each 8 road tanker convoys dayly - 240m3 of diesel) + fueling company fleet of 5 platform support vessels, 3 rigs, contracted fleet for OSR and offshore pipeline construction fleet, totaled to 6-9 tones of fuel monthly.

Coordination of all the people and cargos logistics through Nogliki Base camp to and from offshore. Organizing pick up and transportation of inbound people for further delivery offshore by helicopters or crew boat. Sending crewchange staff to South of Sakhalin by rail/air for further travel abroad/main land. Running 400 man Camp supervising and coordinating the work done by contracted companies for the following services: Catering and house keeping, trucking and loading services, aviation, security, crew boat services, IT. Direct staff of travel and visa ladies, Camp maintenence people, drivers.

Started as onboard flight manager coordinating with clients passenger lists and routs for helicopter flights to offshore locations, and fixed wings flights to different locations on RF Far East and Sakhalin Island. Making all the neccesary payments in airports, meating passengers, giving safety inductions, controlling of work of airport services and crews, coordinating with client pasesenger pick up, accormodation, and catering. Promoted to flight coordinator of helibase up North of Sakhalin. Managing four helicopter crews, team of technicians, rescue team; coordination of their accomodation, meals, change overs. Delivery of people and cargos to offshore rig, dealing directly with client logistics management to coordinate the service. Dealing with airport authirities to ensure service upgrade to passengers and cliens to increase the safety level and efficiency of logistics .
