Activities: process all (intervention / observation) and HID reports, assist personnel in JSA development and with ISSOW (permit to work) procedures, take part and translate in Pre-shift safety meetings and tool box talks (especially before critical work), and conduct weekly safety meetings; collect, count and randomly evaluate JSA’s made during the day; prepare for 24-hour HSE report (reflecting the following safety data: number of dates since last LTI, last recordable incident, last spill and hurt; topics discussed during Pre-tour safety meetings; total number of tool box talks, Time Out For Safety meetings held, JSA developed/reviewed, STOP and HID cards submitted and reflected in TRIC cards), prepare Personnel on Board report for the head office, daily walk around (to inspect working areas’ conditions, identify hazards, observe current operations, monitor compliance to the safety regulations and procedures), conduct together with Rig manager and Company man morning Pre-Tour safety meeting, feel out Pre-tour meeting form; Training matrix tracking according to requirements and maintaining safety related documentation as per requirements. Give onsite training for the personnel if and when required: Forklift operator, rigging and slinging, Basic Risk Assessment, etc. Other: Orientate new employees in HSE, fill up KCAD orientation forms.

Orlan Platform. Activities: process all STOP and HID cards, assist personnel in JSA development and with WP procedures, log out all drilling department Work permit and Isolation Confirmation Certificates, take part in Pre-Job safety meetings (especially if a critical work should be carried out), collect, count and randomly evaluate JSA’s made during the day, using all JSA score card form, input and translate all newly developed JSA’s into JSA data base, update them if any corrections were made during revision, prepare Company man midnight report (reflecting the following safety data: number of dates since last LTI, last recordable incident, last spill and hurt; topics discussed during Pre-tour safety meetings; total number of pre-jobs held, JSA developed/reviewed, STOP and HID cards submitted), prepare Daily Time Sheets for PDC Employees for the PDC Accounts department in the head office, daily walk around (to inspect working areas’ conditions, identify hazards, observe current operations, monitor compliance to the safety regulations and procedures), conduct together with Rig manager and Company man morning Pre-Tour safety meeting, feel out Pre-tour meeting form; Other: take part in weekly hazard hunt, perform weekly inspections of safety equipment (Safety harnesses, SALA inertial fall arrestors, Spill kits, etc.), safety statistics management and preparation of weekly PPS for PDC Weekly safety meetings, participate and translate during weekly safety meeting. Orientates new employees in HSE, fills up PDC and Russian type orientation forms. Make safety related translations (oral and written). Onsite training of The Fire teams members. Participates in all onsite training for the personnel. Participates in knowledge testing of Nationals and Expatriates according to Russian Federation Laws and Regulations. Participates and advise Job-site management in the investigation of all incidents and injuries. Assists Day HSE officer in preparation of the incident reports. Assists Day HSE officer with keeping and updated Russian type technical passports for the equipment; Assists Day HSE officer with keeping the Equipment Testing and Certification database; Participates in all Rig inspections conducted by local regulatory agencies; Participates in all PDC HSE audits. etc.

Delivery and maintaining of the Labor Protection training course as per the state approved program. Contents: 1. Legal fundamentals of employee safety module represents an introduction into Employee safety legislation; regulatory supervision of employee safety in the Russian Federation; duties and responsibilities of employees; duties and liability of the officials. 2. Unsafe and unhealthful occupational factors module describes safety standards to: Indoor climate in production areas and at workplaces; work intensity and strain; unsafe and unhealthful production factors (noise, vibration, ultrasound, etc.); safe work conditions when operating the personal computer. 3. First aid treatment in occupational accidents module 4. Workplace safety certification module gives the idea of the workplace certification procedure. 5. Benefits and compensations for unsafe and unhealthful jobs module as a part of it, includes employee’s insurance compensation. 6. Fire safety module represents the classification of inside areas and buildings in terms of their fire hazard level as well as general measures for provision of fire safety and means of fire extinguishing. 7. State regulatory supervision and control over observance of the labor law includes liability for violation of labor law and emergency incidents, accidents, occupational illnesses, investigation and recording procedure 8. Main rights of the employee module gives the understanding of Labor Agreement, disputes resolution procedure, liabilities of parties, work time, etc. 9. Occupational safety and health activity in the organization module depicts main measures to ensure employee safety; occupational safety and health service in the organization, its functions; organization of trainings and employee safety awareness assessment; employee safety instruction procedure; employee personal protection equipment.
